The Program Coordinator – School and Leadership Programs is a senior staff person providing support, mentoring and supervision to camp Jubilee staff.

This position is part of a two-person team with the alternate Coordinator leading other camp programs including summer camp. This two-person team will lead a team up to 30-60 seasonal staff and volunteers. The potential candidate will be an experienced entrepreneurial, and visionary leader with residential camping, nonprofit, tourism or youth work experience, who brings successful and recent experience as a proven leader, collaborator, program developer and risk management professional. This is a full time year round employment and is based at Camp Jubilee working 5 days per week
