Challenge Course Activity Supervisor

Camp Jubilee offers a variety of different outdoor activities. Each activity falls under the supervision of one of our Activity Supervisors. These senior staff members ensure all equipment in their area is in good working order. They also provide our instructors with evaluations, feedback, and guidance in how to run these programs.

The program Supervisors are responsible for all areas of quality control and safety. This person is responsible for all High Ropes and Rock Climbing and Low Ropes activities. They will conduct regular inspections of all ropes, hardwear, harnesses, helmets, etc. They will also ensure that all instructors are running our programs according to the staff manual. Camp Jubilee operates 2 high ropes courses with a total of 9 dynamic belay elements. We also have a natural granite climbing wall that can run 6 ropes. This person will require ACCT Level 2 certification. (the course is offered at Jubilee for cost)

All Program Supervisors are expected to model enthusiasm, respect and professionalism at all times. They are responsible for training, supervising and mentoring program staff. They are required to wear a uniform at all times and to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
