Join our dynamic team at Silver Lake where staff and campers are immersed in the natural environment. The lifegaurds at Silver Lake join our team as EcoFun Instructors specializing in the waterfront. This means that, though you will be lifegaurding during open rec and swim times, you will also be learning and leading in our EcoFun programs.

This is a full time, live onsite position regardless of whether we run our normal overnight residential program or pivot to a day camp operation again for 2021.

5 out of 8 weeks you will work Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off, we do have a few weekends that camps extend through Saturday.
