Description of Camp
Camp Homewood is a year round non-denominational Christian camp located on Quadra Island. We have offered quality programming to campers of all ages since 1944. Up to 200 campers can enjoy our programs each week during July and August. We run programs at 4 sites during the summer: Harbour Camp (100 campers on the shores of Gowlland Harbour); Ranch Camp (36 campers, 15 horses, indoor riding arena, extensive trail system on 270 acres); Sailing Camp (20 campers, four 27' Catalina sailboats); and Woodsman Camp (40 campers at a remote location on a freshwater lake in Mine Lake Provincial Park). We also run 4 sessions of Family Camp each summer as well as a New Year's Family Camp from Dec 29-Jan 1.
