Camp Jubilee offers a variety of outdoor educational activities. Each activity falls under the supervision of one of our five Senior Instructors. These senior staff members ensure all equipment in designated areas is in good working order and that adequate supplies are on hand at all times for group needs.

They provide our instructors with evaluations, feedback and guidance in how to safety and efficiently run all camp activities. Senior Instructors are responsible for all safety aspects and quality control in their specific program areas.  They oversee Specialists and General Instructors. The Challenge Programs Senior Instructor is responsible for: high ropes, rock climbing and low ropes activity areas at camp. They will conduct regular inspections of all ropes, hardware, harnesses, helmets and any other challenge course related equipment.

They will ensure that all instructors (general or specialists) are running programs in accordance with our Jubilee policy manual standards. Camp Jubilee operates two high ropes course with a total of nine dynamic belay elements. We have a natural granite climbing wall face that allows six climbers at a time. Jubilee has two low ropes courses with five elements at each.

All Senior Instructors are expected to model enthusiasm, respect and professionalism at all times. They are responsible for training, supervising and mentoring all program staff. It is expected that all Jubilee team members adhere to our uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
