The annual BC Camping Conference is the BCCA's marquee event, which attracts hundreds of camping professionals from across the province! The BC Camping Conference Trade Show is an opportunity to showcase your products and increase your market share. Conference attendees include Executive Directors, Program Directors, Food Service Managers, and Facilities Managers from 60 camps from across BC. Our annual conference trade show offers an opportunity for you to promote your products to our camps
The Trade Show will take place from 12:30-2:30pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre in Lindell Beach, BC.
Register and pay in full by January 20, 2023 for our early bird pricing! Early birds can purchase one table for $200.00.
Trade show space is limited to just 40 vendors. Please arrive for setup between 10:30am-12:00pm. Power supply is available for the first 25 vendors registered and paid in full. Please bring your own extension cords.
