    Weekend and Special Events Coordinator

    The Rentals and Special Events Coordinator at Camp Jubilee will oversee all Camp Jubilee’s Rentals Programs as well as Special Events by creating schedules, planning exceptional learning experiences, creating quality programs, ensuring safety and security and leading staff training. As a member of the management team you will be responsible for ensuring a quality and well-organized guest service experience by supporting housekeeping, facility cleaning, passenger transportation, supply logistics and general site readiness. You will keep records and provide general administration support as needed.

    The successful candidate will provide support, mentoring, supervision and direction to staff with support of the rest of the camp management team (Program Manager, Kitchen Manager/Chef, Facility Coordinator, Summer Camp Coordinator and Outdoor School Coordinator). As part of the management team you will encourage and motivate the staff, model professionalism, answer questions, conduct performance reviews, resolve any disputes, and provide ongoing leadership. This team ensures that the program department is following our operational procedures and safety policies and procedures.

    You are a career minded professional with camp, hospitality and/or youth work experience. A proven leader, collaborator, program developer and facility champion.
